This book is very compelling and detailed. Charlie is a strong character. Definatly a book I reccomend for children interested in Vietnam stories and African American History :) ……..

It was a pleasure reading this book. My friend told me about it. I did’nt like it at first then i really opend my eyes and started liking it even more.

I love this book i have a book report that i have to do but no one knows the answers to my qustions i am getting very very very very angry.
